Each team member will take the WHY.os Discovery. The first step to internal alignment is understanding one another WHY to WHY. You will see your team and one another in an entirely new way. You will respect one another’s gifts, see how each of you operate, and how to become a well oiled machine.
The Workshop
Your team will be taken through a full self-discovery workshop. They will learn about the 9 different WHYs, the brain biology behind the WHY, defining their own WHY.os, and how to articulate who they are to the world and to the team!
You will leave with a tangible understanding of one another, how to work together, and a full WHY Matrix of the team to see at a glance.
What Can You Expect?
Deeper Understanding
During the "Team WHY.os" session, you and your team will uncover your individual WHY.os. This will enable you to gain a deeper understanding of how each team member operates, leading to enhanced teamwork and productivity.
Team WHY.os Matrix
Receive a customized Team WHY.os Matrix, which will provide a comprehensive overview of each team member's WHY.os in one convenient place. By visualizing this information, you'll be able to better understand the motivations and perspectives of each team member.
Opportunities for Growth
Your team will be guided through a series of exercises designed to uncover their unique WHY.os. This will give you a better understanding of what matters most and least to each person. In addition, we'll identify opportunities for growth and optimization, so that your team can reach its full potential.
Elevator Pitch
Each team member will create their own WHY.os statement, a concise elevator pitch that can be shared with potential clients. We'll also discuss how understanding clients' WHY.os can improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
