Questions buyers actually ask

Do I need a certification to lead a PMO?
No. Plenty of capable PMO leaders hold none. What a credential does is give you a shared vocabulary and a defensible framework when you are arguing for authority you do not yet have — which is the more common problem.

What is the difference between PMP and a PMO certification?
PMP certifies you to run a project. A PMO credential certifies you to govern a portfolio of them. They solve different problems and are not substitutes.

What does it cost in total, including the exam?
The published price includes the examination and all materials. There is no separate exam fee and no mandatory retake charge.

Which track should I take first?
If you are entering PMO work, CA-PMO. If you are already accountable for portfolio outcomes, go straight to CB-PMO. If you are leading a PMO that is not being listened to, take the Accelerator — the coaching is the part that changes that.
